In that case, If we found damaged from a customer we can't accept that product for replacement or refund. After you have initiated return request through our website, as soon as you return products at our warehouse. We will refund your amount in your bank account. You have to provide us your details to our support number or mail contact our Customer Support through phone or email. If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), Customer Support Team will provide you refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive a refund amount in 10-12 working days. in case of, Any product you want to return to us, and at your location our return pick up service is not available in any courier partners, At that situation customer is responsible to return the product to our company on our address. Note:- After getting return product to our warehouse, we will charge the courier expanse and refund the rest of the amount.

Shipping Policy

Zakuppi.COM is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. What if I the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of colors under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered normal. Customers who prefer items with beaded embroidery and sequins must be aware that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Remember, even with the best handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such an item, please keep these things in mind. Case 1: Damaged and defective goods received A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. A complaint has to be made by email with the subject Complaint for Order Number and Product Code. A picture of the damaged part has to be sent via email for assurance. Our team reviews it within 1 business day and offers you a solution as any one of the following: a) Replace defective goods immediately, free of charge. b) Offer you a credit note. c) Refund the full amount instantly. Restocking Fees Restocking fee of the purchase price will not be charged. Refunds All refunds are governed by the return and exchange policy. The refund amount is a mutually agreed-upon settlement for some mistakes that might occur in any order. The refund amount cannot exceed the value of the product in lieu of which the refund is being discussed. Process for Refund Zakuppi immediately gives a credit note for mutually agreed refund amounts, followed by an actual money refund or store credit. STORE CREDIT is the only way to get a refund when such settlements are less than 12 times the value of the product. STORE CREDIT can be instantly used on the next purchase and can be applied to all orders, irrespective of any concurrent promotional offer. If you are not willing to take STORE CREDIT, you can ask for a money refund via email. A money refund is the actual return of the agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment. A refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7–10 working days.
